Aftercare
2nd Skin
Once your tattoo session is complete the artist will clean the area and place 2nd skin over your tattoo.
We use a product called Dermalize pro. This is a protective film that seals the area creating a barrier for your tattoo and skin to heal naturally. It is breathable, water and dust resistant allowing you have the most hassle free healing experience.

Keep the 2nd skin on for 48-72 hours. You can keep it on longer but we wouldn't recommend this.

Slowly remove the 2nd skin under warm running water, we would recommend a shower so you can wash the area. Do not use highly perfumed soap, do not scrub, gently wash the area.
-
Pat dry with a clean paper towel or air dry, then moisturise (non scented or what your artist has recommended)
-
Moisturise 2- 3 times a day for the next 2 weeks (moisturise straight after a shower)
